How Does It Work?

Booking an event with Hooray Teams is as easy as pie!

1. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation.
2. Our logistics team will promptly contact you to gather participants’ address details for shipping the event kits.
3. Please note that we require a minimum lead time of two weeks from the booking date to the actual event date for adequate preparation.
4. One of our event planners will reach out to check if you have any questions or if you’d like to customize the event (at no extra cost!).
5. We’ll send you a link before the event. Simply create a meeting with your team and paste this Zoom link for the event.

And voila! On the event day, just join the link, and our expert hosts will handle the rest. You can relax with your team and savor the event.

Before the Show

• A Zoom link will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
• Create a meeting invitation for your team and paste this link as the meeting location.

On the Day of the Event

• Join the link at the scheduled time. Your host will be there, ready to welcome you all.
• Want to add your own unique welcome message? Let us know, and we can ask the host to help.

First 5 Minutes

• Our host will give you a warm welcome and will kick off the event once we’ve reached the expected number of attendees.
• Enjoy some great music and light-hearted conversations to set the mood.

Next 5 Minutes

• Our host will provide a brief overview of the St. Patrick’s Cookie Decorating Class and run through general guidelines.

Next 40-50 Minutes

• Learn to decorate your cookies using different techniques and adorn a batch of cookies with vibrant designs and festive flair.
• Show off your cookie masterpieces to each other and see who steals the show!

Last 5 Minutes

• And that’s a wrap! A winner is announced, and a group screenshot is taken.
